It's a shame that these pumps don't have MX to stop them from clogging. When the pump doesn't work, change the pump. As soon as you find out that it isn't as strong/powerful. There is now a troubleshooting tree in the back of your manual. You can always look there. Then, follow it! Something doesn't go right. Don't just change a pump every year. It could be a clogged pipe! On the other hand, it could be that the pressure is too low, and I could keep going. If you use cheap paint and cheap materials, the parts will wear out faster. We don't think airless sprayers are good for painting automotive finishes. We would recommend HVLP because it has a better transfer rate.
